1. Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. 

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• We offer FREE Shipping on all orders across India.

• Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 15 business days (depending on your location). 

• Please note that delivery times are estimates and transit times can vary.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

• The tracking number will become active within 24-48 hours of shipment. You can track your order directly on our website.

4. Damages & Issues

• Strength Style is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
